O Sole Mio
I used to sing this song to the boys every night when we lived in Philly. A few weeks ago I was putting him down and the song came up. I was surprised that he remembered it so well--in Italian even.
A Whole New World
Joey has been hooked on this song lately. When he goes to bed he asks us if he can sing it for us. Our favorite part is the short discussion at the end. Pretty soon after he first saw the movie, he tried to kiss Liz "like Aladdin does." We had to explain that there is a difference between a family kiss and, as he calls it, a "sideways kiss." Thanks Disney.

Is he reading off of cue cards on O Sole Mio? Ash says that you should submit the tape into Jay Leno where he shows amazing kids. That's hilarious about the sideways kiss.
he needs to ride in the car with dad when he gets a rental, or as we like to call it "his magic carpet." that is so funny and also kind of scary to see what kids notice.
Your boys are amazing! How do they remember things so well?!
I remember one night Liz had all of us LDS Wharton wives over for a girls night at your apartment and Joe was out of town. I can't remember if it was Joey or Charles, but one of the boys cried and cried (and couldn't seem to get to sleep) for "O Solo Mio". Poor Liz was like, "I don't know the words!" Good thing Joey is well-versed now.
:)
Every little boy wants a Magic carpet. Then they grow up and want a fast car! Joey you are a wonderful Tenor!
So cute!
