Quick post from the plane in Memphis. This is a conversation related to me by Liz this weekend:
Joey: "Mom, we need a pet."
Liz: "Really?"
Joey: "Yeah, we don't even have any pets."
Liz: "Hmmm"
Joey: "Well, maybe I can just wait until it rains cats and dogs and then I can go outside and pick up one of the cats or dogs."
Those of you who know Joey know that he is well beyond his years when it comes to reasoning, manipulation and sass, but it's good to see that at least some parts of his brain are still 4 years old.

Hey, I was thinking...maybe we could give you Finlo since he is into ringing the doorbell--usually around 8 AM, sometimes earlier, sometimes later...but always before 9 AM so at first we think, "who is that rude person ringing our doorbell, without a call ahead or appointment, before 9 AM?" The good thing is that at least he doesn't ring twice...well, not yet.
